不过,有一些研究生在撰写学术论文时,总是有意或无意地忽略参考文献,认为这是可有可无的部分;
有的研究生对参考文献的标注很随意,容易出现遗漏信息或出现标注错误的情况;
有的研究生容易将“参考文献”和论文“注释”混为一谈;
甚至有的研究生认为,列出参考文献就是在“抄袭”他人的文章。
之所以会出现以上这些情况,说明许多研究生还没有搞清参考文献在论文写作中的重要地位。
今天,我们就来聊一聊“参考文献”的5个重要作用,希望能给大家带来一些启示。
参考文献(即引文出处)的类型以单字母方式标识,具体如下:
M——专著 C——论文集 N——报纸文章
J——期刊文章 D——学位论文 R——报告
对于不属于上述的文献类型,采用字母“Z”标识。
②书名、报刊名使用斜体字,如:Mastering English Literature,English Weekly。

1.引用文献较老
这一点最常见,很多人在引用文献时根本没有注意过文献的时效性。根据普赖斯指数原理,相对而言,引用5年内的文献越多,普赖斯指数越高,过时的文献越少,说明论文所涉及的问题越接近当前的前沿课题。实验性文章的年代距离越远,参考价值可能越低,因此一般要求所引用文献的50%-70%应为近5年内发表的文献。
2.引用内容构成了论文的实质核心部分
引用参考文献的目的是回顾前人研究,传承学术成果,突显创新之处或佐证自身观点。如果一篇论文的核心内容全是引用的前人观点,对读者没有任何新的启发,那将毫无价值和意义。论文的创新性是吸引读者阅读最重要的支撑,在创新性、开拓性上下功夫才是论文写作的王道。

标注参考文献利于资料检索收录。
如果论文没有标注参考文献,就无法进入权威性的论文数据库,无法体现其社会效益。
标注参考文献可以增加论文信息量。
标注参考文献则不必大段抄录原文,只需列出核心观点与重要数据,从而突出主旨要义,缩减论文的篇幅。
与此同时,标注参考文献能使论文显得结构清晰、节约篇幅、语言精练、扩充容易,这也是众多知名学者引用较多参考文献的原因之一。
标注参考文献便于科研成果的评价。
参考文献是真实地反映论点、数据、资料的主要依据,可以向读者提供检索信息资源的正确线索,也是鉴定研究成果的重要依据。
