这个本科生和研究生就有点区别。研究生的话页眉分奇偶页。比如说在“第一章绪论”中，奇数页就写“第一章绪论”，偶数页就写“某某大学硕士学位论文”。本科生的话不分奇偶页，一律在正文部分写上“某某大学学士学位论文”。页眉用的字体是五号宋体并居中。
研究生论文的话要记得在第一章都要设定分隔符，还要特别注意的是一定要让“链接到前一节”这一标记处于非选中状态，否则的话无法实现不同的章中写上不同的内容，因为“链接到前一节”处于选中状态的话，就代表着你输入新的页眉，前面的页眉也会跟着变成一样的页眉。
不过，有一些研究生在撰写学术论文时，总是有意或无意地忽略参考文献，认为这是可有可无的部分；
有的研究生对参考文献的标注很随意，容易出现遗漏信息或出现标注错误的情况；
有的研究生容易将“参考文献”和论文“注释”混为一谈；
甚至有的研究生认为，列出参考文献就是在“抄袭”他人的文章。
之所以会出现以上这些情况，说明许多研究生还没有搞清参考文献在论文写作中的重要地位。

(1)凡是从期刊中析出的文献，应在刊名之后注明其年份、卷、期、部分号、页码。

(2)对从合期中析出的文献，在圆括号内注明合期号。
年(合期号)：页码
(3)凡是在同一刊物上连载的文献，其后续部分不必另行着录，可在原参考文献后直接注明后续部分的年份、卷、期、部分号、页码等。
示例：年(期)：页码; 年(期)：页码
1981(1)：37-44; 1981(2)：47-52.
(4)凡是从报纸中析出的文献，应在报纸名后着录其出版日期与版次。

如果论文没有标注参考文献，就无法进入权威性的论文数据库，无法体现其社会效益。
标注参考文献可以增加论文信息量。
标注参考文献则不必大段抄录原文，只需列出核心观点与重要数据，从而突出主旨要义，缩减论文的篇幅。
与此同时，标注参考文献能使论文显得结构清晰、节约篇幅、语言精练、扩充容易，这也是众多知名学者引用较多参考文献的原因之一。
标注参考文献便于科研成果的评价。
参考文献是真实地反映论点、数据、资料的主要依据，可以向读者提供检索信息资源的正确线索，也是鉴定研究成果的重要依据。
